I stayed for 3 nights and had a really great experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with good transport links nearby (bus, Metro & train), and it’s around a 15-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, making it easy to explore the city (note a bit of an incline for people less able on their feet). The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Not sure if just our room, or technical issues, but the WIFI was a little unreliable at times. As long as you had enough mobile data like me, not a huge issue though, who stays in their room anyway! Note depending on who you’re travelling with it is the more modern European hotel room configuration where both the WC and shower open separately to part of the room, rather than an entirely separate bathroom. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for an affordable, well-located hotel in Madrid. I would happily stay here again!
