Very strange apartment layout. No heating and it got very cold at night. There are only blankets to warm up. Was very difficult to check in. No clear instructions. When we arrived, we needed to jump hoops to finally find very nice lady who didn’t speak English to finally shows us our apartment and give us a key. The check in process was stressful. Hot water only last for two showers, then you need to wait about 30 min to get more. Building has a terrace on the roof with a gorgeous view of Medina. Very close walk to a center of Medina
