The employees went above and beyond for my stay and it was literally a 5 - 10 min walk to the ski ticket counter at Cerro Catedral. Jacuzzi tub worked great the and the daily breakfast with coffee and fresh juice was always a nice way to wake up. You set the drop off time! Not to mention worked class skiing where Patagonia meets the Andes. I’ll be back for sure! La Base for rentals!!

Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful in suggesting good activities in the area. Breakfast was delivered to our room between 8-10am upon coordination with the front desk. The location is not in the city, about a 15min drive to the city which makes it much more quiet and nice. The views are spectacular especially in the mornings.

Café da manhã com horário pré agendado e servido no quarto é muito conveniente considerando que as acomodações ficam em instalações separada da recepção e área do bar do hotel. Ótima localização, ha 20 minutos a pé da estação de ski Cerro Catedral.

¡Una experiencia fabulosa que supera por completo la categoría del hotel! En todos los aspectos, el establecimiento demuestra un nivel mucho mayor al que indican sus estrellas. La habitación es hermosa, muy limpia, accesible y cuenta con un mobiliario súper lindo y una cama sumamente acogedora. Disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi a disposición y, como toque especial, nos sorprendió gratamente el increíble hogar a leña, que hizo la estadía aún más cálida. El servicio gastronómico es de excelente calidad. Tanto el desayuno como la cena los recibimos directamente en la habitación, con una rapidez y atención impecables ante cada una de nuestras necesidades. Mención aparte para el personal: simplemente excelente, de lo mejor que hemos conocido. Destacan por ser increíblemente amables, cercanos y empáticos. Realmente se merecen un reconocimiento especial por su calidez. Como la guinda del pastel, nos invitaron a una visita guiada a su propio observatorio con telescopio. Las explicaciones fueron magistrales y nos tocó una noche increíble para admirar las estrellas. Sin duda, un lugar excepcional al que da gusto volver. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Tive uma experiência ruim com a equipe de limpeza, sumiram pertences meus e de minha mulher por dois dias seguidos. O gerente é boa pessoa e tentou amenizar a situação, mas isso manchou minha estadia. O local é muito cômodo pra quem vai esquiar por fica a 5 min andando do pé da montanha. Há boas opções de refeição, o café da manhã no quarto é muito legal. Há mais coisas positivas do que negativas, mas infelizmente as pessoas da limpeza não são confiáveis.

Um hotel na Villa Catedral porém num estilo “pousada”, já que não tem lobby nem um restaurante. O serviço de quarto é limitado pois o chefe não fica na unidade. Café da manhã simples, servido dentro do quarto. Ambiente limpo, 1 funcionária específica foi muito acolhedora e educada, e todos que vieram nos servir no quarto também!

Great Place, Enjoyed my Stay

The room was spacious and very nice, had a eat in Kitchen, two sleeper sofas, a kind bed and luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub. The staff was very nice and spoke English. Cerro Catedral Ski Resort is only like a 5-10 minute walk away. The Skiing and snowboarding there was world class and did not disappoint. The only thing was that my room was a little hot at night and there was no thermostat to turn the temperature down. Besides that I have no complaints, I would definitely stay there again!

Unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Führung in der Sternwarte war ein einmaliges und wunderschönes Erlebnis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprach den Erwartungen. Der Whirlpool im Wohnzimmer ist ein nettes Feature. Die Küche könnte einen größeren Topf vertragen. Das Frühstück war für argentinische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hotel pequeno , tipo apart hotel, localizacao fantastica. Pessoal de atendimento muito cortes, so acho que o tipo de aquecimento e pouco para nos , brasileiros. Passamos um pouco de frio no quarto , noite adentro.
