Love this place. spacious and clean. 24 hours front desk. 10 steps away from Metro C elevator, if you can find it. :) The front desk is located inside the tourist information center.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location (right down the street from a Metro stop); lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Great price. Concierge service was excellent. Coffee bistro had great variety. Lots of room for our family of four, at a terrific price. Would definitely recommend!

Good 6.0
Air con is only available in summer. Cannot open window as it is very noisy. The receptionist is very busy as she is the only one person to take care of everything. Good location.

It's within the local tourist information place which was extremely handy. Very nice people and you can have your bags held until check in.

Very Good 8.0
Good Value
Pros: Location is great. Right next to a metro stop, restaurants near-by, 10-15 min walk to the Old City Coffe shop and great tour company on the main floor of the hotel Cons: Lots of space, but not in the right area. The bedroom is huge, but that leaves for little space in the living room, if you are using the sleeper sofa The beds are low and the pillows are awful. They are so big and sinking soft that there is no neck support. The water temp in the shower is not controlled. It will change to burning hot or cold for no reason at all, which was not safe when our daughter was taking a shower. There is no signage about where it is. Thankfully I saw the coffee house pics in the ad to go in and ask, but signage would be nice

Very Good 8.0
Beautiful, clean, friendly.
Stayed for only one night but it was delightful. Beautiful clean rooms, bright Color walls, overall great. Has a nice breakfast joint downstairs which was good. Didn’t like that check in was a 2 but they do hold your luggage if you arrive early which we did. Staff were nice. I would stay again.

Great value!
Really great value! However a bit far from the city center, about a 20 min walk one way to the city center. Also, the layout is a bit weird, as I had a few phone calls to make and couldn't make them without disturbing my partner.

Poor 2.0
Mediocre: be forewarned, don’t stay here.
There are far more negatives than positives about this place, but let’s start with the pros: - Centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants and mini markets, with easy access to the tram, metro, and bus. The stations are right around the corner. - Tourist information center on site. Useful for those who don’t speak Czech and want to plan excursions. Cons: - Entirely run by young and inexperienced college students who have no comprehension of true customer service or hospitality. They believe lying or blaming other receptionists in order to avoid confrontation are better than taking responsibility for a problem. They also think offering free chocolate bars is the answer to appeasing guests with complaints. - If WIFI and Netflix/Smart TV are important to you, don’t stay here. It was a very poor connection that didn’t work, resulting in using our own cellular data for internet and TV. We were told to use WIFI in the hallway or lobby. We were also told that it was and “should” be working, even when it didn’t. - The beds are not real beds. There are no bed frames. The mattress is placed on cinderblocks. - AC didn’t work. - The pictures on booking websites aren’t accurate or true depictions of the rooms. This is far from a luxury apartment; more like a hostel. There is no lobby. We were extremely disappointed and checked out early. It was such a horrible experience that we left Prague with a poor taste in our mouths and won’t return.
