Room was spacious and clean. Spa was great and professional. Food was good. We tried the Japanese restaurant, the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The Indonesian restaurant was unfortunately closed. Would prefer if they avoided plastic cutlery while in-room dining.

Inside the standard villa was clean and big but the aircon was noisy and the bed was not firm enough so we didn’t have good sleep. Only dental kits provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food at Tadds and wurung restaurants were tasty. Nice and quiet ambience in the resort for chilax weekend trip.

A wonderful hotel with lovely staff. The buggies were always on time when requested, drivers were so polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and the bed, duvet and pillows were so comfortable that we had the best nights sleep here. The private pools were big enough and private and were just the right temperature. We only stayed for 4 nights which was great, but a week would have been even better. The breakfast was delicious and had so much choice and offered different options every day. We did the couples massage and it was so relaxing and the ladies doing it were fantastic. Only negative is that the gym is open air and small. Overall a fantastic hotel and I’d definitely recommend and want to return to.

My wife and I stayed at Montigo for the first time to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. A special thank you to: Kiki – Housekeeping Riyan – Concierge Irma – Restaurant Manager Kristina – Dining Concierge Coco – Decoration Wulan – Front Desk Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Montigo for making our anniversary celebration so special and memorable. Your warm hospitality and personal touches truly made a difference. We will definitely be back in October to celebrate my 63rd birthday! We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again. Thank you, Montigo team, for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll see you again soon!

Montigo resort has a clean, quiet and serene environment. Nice place to relax and enjoy the many activities it offers for all ages. The staff are polite, patience and helpful. Staff service is tip top. We’ll definitely visit again after our first experience.

The breakfast was very extensive with local and American options. I would definitely choose to make sure the breakfast is included. The spa was great - about 42.00 per hour. I got a facial and full body massage. The kids had lots of activities to do. We did Batik painting and we didn’t have time but we would have done the ATV, archery, jet ski and paintball. The beach is not really a thing here but the private infinity pool and scenery makes up for it. The property is large and you can summon a ride on a golf cart anytime. Overall this is a great relaxing resort and you can’t beat the price as an American tourist. Don’t expect American resort standards and you will be happy.

reached at about 4pm. Very chilling place can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Buggy at your call, they bring u all around the place basically. Spacious big room big wash room. Private pool and also peaceful public pool. Breakfast also great and a lot of choices. Their overnight oak is super delicious. Only issue is my air-conditioning has some hiccups, having some noice in the midnight. Otheriwse i really enjoyed my stay.

We were initially upgraded to a two‑bedroom suite, but unfortunately the toilet was very dirty. We were then moved back to the room from our original booking, which was fantastic, but the transfer took almost the entire day and significantly affected our plans.

From arrival at Nongsapura Ferry terminal , till you return, everything is seamless. Staff are super helpful and approachable. It was easy to book massage and lunch/dinner reservations. Booking the bugee, ordering in room dining all seamless through Whatsapp. We encountered an issue on our 2nd day where we couldn’t enter room ( card/ lock issue). Thank you to the team it was resolved in 20mins. Only feedback would be to improve/ maintain room etc better. As some of the furniture looks a little worn out, but very basic stuff. Excellent stay. There isn’t anything much/ restaurants etc outside near the resort. So if you stay here, it’s super relaxing cause there’s no need to travel out.
