We enjoyed our stay. The property itself is extremely secure. The host provides adequate details on how to enter the property and get into the room. The cleaning staff was friendly and ensure we had a clean room to come back to. The location is phenomenal. Close to the train which you can use to take anywhere in Rome. Walking distance to the Collesseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and more!

These rooms are remotely operated as far as check-in goes but they do have cleaning staff daily. The directions were easy to follow and the host is responsive. If your looking for a traditional hotel, this isn't it but the rooms are nice and in a good location.

We had a lovely time here for our short stay in Rome. The location was very ideal as all the main sites and attractions were a very walkable distance! Francesco was super helpful too whenever we had any issues with opening the safe, unlocking the door when we first landed etc. Great host!

We loved our stay at Ricci Rooms! The location was great with a supermarket, bus stop and pharmacy all within a few blocks. The room felt big and spacious and was very clean and well maintained. Chiara was very helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. The air conditioning was great and certainly made sleeping very comfortable. Only negatives were that the blind was very hard to move to provide privacy from other buildings, we were not provided with an “do not disturb” sign for the door and the safe unfortunately did not work. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Very nice one night stay traveling through Rome. The air conditioning felt great as the end of May was real hot. Entry instructions were helpful as the room is tucked away from the street and noise inside a bigger builing. Shared kitchen/ sitting area had everything you needed... coffee/water, etc. Taxi stand close to property made it convenient to get to Navona

Ricci Rooms Nazionale provided clean and comfortable accommodations in a convenient central area of Rome. Our room was well furnished, featuring a desk and a modern bathroom with a shower. The bed was particularly comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep after busy days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the access to a kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine and a table where we chatted with other guests about their adventures. While there is no on-site front desk, staff members are readily accessible through WhatsApp and were responsive whenever assistance was needed. During our stay, we experienced some difficulty with the entry codes used to access the property. Although staff responded promptly to our messages, the recurring issues created some uncertainty about whether we would be able to re-enter the Ricci Rooms without assistance. The property is conveniently located near public transportation and the train station, making it easy to explore Rome's many attractions, neighbourhoods, restaurants, and historic sites. Overall, Ricci Rooms Nazionale offers clean, comfortable accommodations and an excellent location for visitors looking to experience the heart of Rome. The responsive staff and comfortable rooms make it a solid choice, though the entry system could benefit from improved reliability.

Great location and nice room. Good air conditioning. Shared kitchen with very little equipment. Be aware that after entering the large doors and going through the gate there are 30 steps before you can access the lift which takes you one floor up to the Ricci Rooms. This can be very difficult with large or heavy bags.

Bad: Very complicated to go to the room, you need to pass 4 differents gates to go to your room with differents code. The room was clean and nice with a great AC but the set up is awkward. It looks like they converted an apartment into a mini hotel. This led to an awkward conversation with someone else arriving at the same time . Additionally, you need to use a website to open the front door . When trying to leave, I didn’t have service on the phone and couldn’t open the door . It’s kind of scary especially if there was a fire. I didn’t see an override if there was one. It had a good location but the road is a little sketchy from the spill over from the Termini station. It’s not a bad place to stay but I definitely don’t think it was worth the price and they have to do something about the door.
