We were a large group with 20+ rooms and everything went smooth. They were prepared for our high school football team at breakfast every morning. If there was a loss key (teenagers), they accommodated without any questions. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and sofas. I almost forgot to mention we spent a lot of time the Bar Lounge, the food was delicious, We will definitely return to Hyatt Place.

Overall the location is very convenient and clean so I can be close to my family on the west side. My only gripe was the free breakfast was ALWAYS running out of food, plates and cups every single morning. They need to order more food and supplies and hire more staff to keep all things stocked up appropriately. There was also a fire alarm that went off one morning and there was no overhead or major announcement on when we could safely return to the rooms. That needs to be fixed to better communicate with all hotel guests.

The property had just opened 2 weeks before my stay. Everything was so fresh and new. The location was perfect for the business I needed to accomplish. Although i traveled solo there were many families enjoying the property. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and helpful. Special thanks to CJay for making me feel part of the ohana, for Manager Dave for his extra kindnesses, to all the front desk staff, cooks, and cleaners.

This is a new property and is clearly well run and cared for. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities promised. Poolside was relaxing. The staff was kind, but they clearly looked down upon 3rd party bookings and made more than one comment. Be aware that parking on premises is not free. Expedia doesn’t publish this on their site. $42/day and street parking will be ticketed. Even on a Sunday!

Hotels.com advertised a king and twin bed suite w kitchen and balcony. No such room. Hotel gave us two queen bed suite w kitchen and no balcony. We stayed for two nights. The full day we were there the pool closed because someone threw up in it and they had to shock it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel w decent staff but they should have given extra perks since they did not have what we wanted. Even if it was an extra night so we could enjoy the pool at least. Hopefully they will get better at customer service. I would stay there again because the beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Ho‘opili! The hotel is beautiful, new, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—there were plenty of good choices, and everything was delicious. The only downside is the $42 daily parking fee, which I feel is a little expensive. But understandable, it’s Hawaii! Everyone does it. Other than that, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel! 🌺❤️

Hotel was brand new. Issue with reservations resolved by Tiare. Bell service excellent. Front desk staff were helpful but key card initially not programmed correctly. Housekeeping on request and forgot to order but room cleaned and towels refreshed regardless. Room beautiful but configuration a bit unusual. Double doors to bathroom a plus. Large large foyer could have been repurposed to square footage as the room configuration was odd. Pool hours should be expanded it is 10 am - 8 pm, should be 8 am - 10 pm

Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. And even though it was far from the ocean, they still gouged you $40 a day for parking in a basic parking lot. If you're going to stay at a low quality place like this, you might as well just go to motel 6 or something. Pretty much the same thing. Brought these concerns to management and they didn't care in the slightest. I will definitely never stay in another Hyatt property. Total rip-off in my opinion. There's way better deals out there. Especially when the management doesn't care about customer service. That should tell you everything.
