It’s an amazingly located hotel with spectacular views. The only downside is no air conditioning. The room is studio and hot. However, the hotel is working on the issues currently. We are hoping one day when we return, the air conditioning will be ready for us.

Incredible scenery. The property is lovely and in a spectacular landscape of ocean views and high altitude vineyards. We also stayed at Reid's Palace in Funchal, which is historic and lovely, but Quinta do Furao was our favorite.

Lovely accommodations.

The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious. The best breakfast we have had on the island. Lovely ambiance with the dramatic cliff views and vineyards. A typical colmo is on premises, which is a nice touch. The shower is a good size, great water pressure. The AC works well. The beds are better than in other hotels we’ve stayed at on Madeira.
