The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history.. However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor

Location n the view from the room is fantastic. Room is corner room n it’s facing the sea with huge balcony. We stayed on 22nd floor 2 bedroom apartment. Although it has 2 bathrooms, the master’s bathroom comes with a bath tub without any bathing gel nor shampoo. The reception staff replied that they don’t supply small bottles and asked me to buy if we need it. Therefore we had to use the common bathroom to shower … the shower gel was almost finished on our 3rd day, the housekeeper didn’t replenish the shower gel but theycame to the room to give us small tubes of shower gel. There is complimentary shuttle to airport service.

We had a nice stay at this hotel, which was really close to beach and a huge plus for us. Though it was not possible to borrow beach towels at the hotel, so we ended up buying new ones. The pool was more show off, and not really usable. The sun chairs were in the shadowside of the pool and pool water not warm. Breakfast was really good and lots of choices to make. The staff were friendly, but was not really prepared for many guest and the communication was really limited. When something was requested, it did not get done.

Over-priced for this condo hotel style. Bathroom is weird design that created flooding once I opened the door?! Amenities is lack of spoon, why provided tea/coffee without spoon or something you can make a cup of tea nicely? For $140/night, I don’t think it’s worth for it. Not recommended.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean. Amenities were very good as well The breakfast was very fresh and ample. Ngoc was very good at coffee selection. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable
