On top of the lovely clean rooms there’s also a kitchen accessible for everyone staying here, so you really have everything you need. There’s also a lift inside the property if you have lots of luggage. It’s in an amazing location and I can’t fault this place, especially for how good the price is.

Location, location, location. What a great place to spend your time in Miami. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy and we had an extremely quiet sleep. Oscar, the manager, called us and treated us VIP since the start. The instructions for checking in were clear, so there is really no need to have an actual person there for that. Enjoy your time in Miami Beach and relax in this cozy property.

This little hotel is great. Hassle free check in, as in just a code and you’re in your room. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. The fact that it’s lower SOBE means it’s quieter and more of a local vibe. There’s a Walgreens which was great. I did have a few issues which is why I gave it 4 stars. The office was always closed so I had to communicate via email and eventually phone. But the responses were fast and the custodian guy was very friendly and efficient. I would say stay here again.

Everything about this property is brilliant, its not too far from anywhere, the rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, an OLED flatscreen tv, a cooler, AC, and a modern bathroom. When you want to sit outside on their front porch there is alot of room, 4 tables with umbrellas to provide shade, and a couch. the customer service was also brilliant. I spoke with oscar and the main customer service desk and got any query resolved within 10-15 minutes. Oscar was extremely helpful, even helping extend my stay due to a delayed flight for no extra cost. The price to stay at the villa was also a bargain and the rest of the staff + cleaners were friendly and helpful. 10/10 i would come back, worth the 10 hours in flights.

Rented out 3 rooms for 2 nights and we had zero problems with any of them. Oscar was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive when anything was needed. Location is perfect! Everything is in walking distance food, fun, stores, and the beach. Beach towels and chairs are available if needed. Definitely will be staying here again soon! Thanks for your amazing hospitality!

Very straightforward check in procedure. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the manager ensuring I had checked in, and if I needed any help. Excellent location, 5-10 minutes walk to Ocean Drive. Very fair price for location.
