They should not use the phrase "upscale" and pretend to be a 4.5 star hotel. This is a max. 3 star hotel (most likely a 2 star hotel) with very obsolete amenities but a great location.

NO WATER DUE TO FIXES.
I had no water which is very unsanitary, I’m pregnant and use the bathroom very frequent. My mom had to go downstairs from the 16th floor just to use the restroom at mid night. This is not fair. I had water the second night but not the first night.

Our experience was horrible the moment we checked
Our experience was horrible the moment we checked in. The only pleasant experience was when we tried to check in with the valet. No help with your luggage. When we got into the hotel, we were unsure where to check in, and after 20 minutes, we asked a security guard to find out that we needed to check in with them. It took us 10 minutes to find our room, it was very confusing. When we got to our room, we noticed the room was never clean or service. My sister, a guest with me, went to a convenience store in the hotel and tried to ask questions. The lady working at the little convenience store got rude and loud with my sister and wanted to fight with her. We have a video of it because we recorded her. What a disaster! It was a misrepresentation of what I saw on hotel.com. this place is nothing like it said it was. It was so bad that we had to leave and get a different hotel. We called the hotel and spoke to a gentleman who told me he couldn't help us and that I had to wait till Monday to call the association. He lied and told me we would not be charged anyway because they only get paid when we check out. We never checked out because we never stayed at the hotel, and I told the gentleman we were leaving. I checked with my bank, and it was paid in full. We demand a refund immediately.

Waste of Time
Checked in at 5pm. Come back to the room to sleep at 11pm. Someone had been in the room and left the door unlocked. Security comes at 11:30pm makes us pack up and move to a different room. New room doesn’t have hot water. All around nightmare. Book somewhere else if you value your time.
