An amazing resort for families - everything was in easy reach and staff were very accomodating. The free shuttle to the Bali Collection and beach were handy, as were all the restaurants on the door step of the resort. We have already booked another stay! 😊

Our stay was excellent and we would definitely return. From very attentive staff in all areas of the hotel - from reception, daily room service, breakfast attendants, pool helpers and security. Everyone working at the hotel aim to please! The room was spacious and very well appointed. The pool area is wonderful and there were always lounges available. A special thanks to Santi at breakfast time and Okta for looking after our room.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We came here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. The breakfast had plenty of great options, including for me as a lacto-vegetarian. We would definitely stay here again without a second thought.
