Good hotel but service and food very inconsistent
There were a lot of pools, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very accommodating to children and adults. The room service was a bit slow, and they didn’t always replace the water bottles and tea/coffee/creamers. The water in the showers had an unpleasant odor at times.
Great staff and extremely friendly. Every service and amenity included with all inclusive, including free room service 24/7 as well as complimentary laundry services which is not heard of most places. Overall very impressed with our stay.
Room was great. Only complaint was the AC in the room. It felt humid and muggy. It never seemed to cool off enough to actually use covers while sleeping. The last day was even worse where we couldn’t stay in the room til check out time. Other than that it was great.

Very nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. We were not very impressed with the entertainment. There were not enough included events to involve guests. Almost every event had an extra price attached. If you are looking for a relaxing and clean hotel, this is a great choice! If you want more of a party, I would look elsewhere.
