Beautiful room (free upgrade!) on the higher levels. Good (but very busy) breakfast. Great location since we went to a concert at the Royal Arena, which is just one metro stop away.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, very clean and a friendly staff. Obviously great if you’re here for a conference at the Bella Center. Easy access to the metro into the city and a good single-line bus route to the center of town. Property is a little old and could use a refresh but nothing significant. Are is also nice, a lot of new apartments going up near by so some construction but very safe and clean area.

10/10 Exceptional

Great property to stay at. Metro stop within 5-10 minutes walking distance and takes 10 minutes to get into the city center. Rooms were spacious for European standards. The rooms had amazing views and were clean and modern, but some ware. The breakfast buffet was very good, but overpriced. Overall, great place to make a base for any visit to Copenhagen.

Hotel is ok, too expensive for what you get. It’s far from the city centre but the tram is 5 mins away. The bathrooms were a bit dirty but the rooms were nice. If you’re there for business is ok but for family’s or tourism, I would choose a different property.

Me my friend and her hubby stayed one night our stayed was brilliant rooms was well clean and staff was kind and friendly. Parking was expensive.thank you Ac hotel .

This hotel was huge! Lots of space, but it was well-maintained and the staff were helpful. If you have mobility issues the layout might not be the best as most things are one floor up and the second tower does require a bit of walking to get to. Not impossible, just potentially harder than some smaller options.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, so late at night it was very hot. I called the front desk and they were able to switch our room with a properly functioning air conditioner. The staff was friendly and immediately let us change.

Good breakfast and nice spa area.

6/10 Good

The hotel itself is nice. Being woken up by a loud fire alarm after 4 hours of sleep and having to walk down from a top floor with all the others guests is NOT. Later I learned that it was a false alarm, it should have been handled in a much more professional way. The staff gave zero information and only seemed annoyed when asked what happened

Very nice hotel - Limited to explore in the local area. I came whilst there was a fair - It took 20 mins to checkin, and the parking area was hopeless. So was the traffic to the hotel. Perhaps an unfortunate coincidence.

10/10 Exceptional

The main lobby, restaurants, and hotel rooms themselves were extremely nice! However, the hallways leading to your room were extremely outdated. When I first arrived, the whole floor of my hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to go down to the lobby and request a room change. The staff there was extremely helpful and issued me a new room immediately.
