Great location, poor customer service.
The hotel is located in historical downtown of Copenhagen. Major tourist sites, shops, restaurants, and transportation hubs are within short walking distance. However, besides its great location the hotel is very mediocre. The room was very small and basic, although pretty clean. A very basic buffet breakfast was available for extra 15 Euro per person. You can easily find better breakfast selections for half this price in multiple nearby restaurants and cafes. The front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful, and appeared to be untrained in customer service. We stayed in the hotel during three cold nights in October. The heater in our room did not work, and we called the front desk asking to address the issue. A receptionist told us that he will send someone to our room right away. After no one showed up for over an hour, we called the front desk again. A different receptionist promised to look into it, but no one showed up that night. The following day, we went to the front desk and complained again. This time, they sent a cleaning lady to fix the issue. She fumbled with the switches for a minute or so, said that the problem was fixed, and left. After she left, we discovered that the heater still didn't work. Once again, we went to the front desk. This time they offered to move us to a different room, but added that there was no guarantee that the heater in a new room will work. We ended up staying in our old room, and slept fully clothed. Overall, poor value for the price.

Bathroom door doesn't close, no phone, small space, not so clean surroundings, however, close to places which is a plus. stay for one or two days is ok not for a longer period of time.
