They went out of their way to fill a request. Check in and out was easy and the hot chocolate from the bar was delicious (if a bit small). Easy walk from subway and access to the city.

Reserve the PRIVATE sauna+steam room!! :)
The *private* sauna & steam room (can be reserved for up to 50 mins) is worth the price of the stay all on its own!! Didn't eat at the restaurant, as it was far more expensive than we wanted to spend for meals (we ate locally instead.) Very comfortable accomodations; and, though it may seem trivial to some... the fair-trade, high-quality toiletries were simply wonderful!

Stay there but dine out
Everything was great except the Restarsunt Salt - it was expensive and the food was bad. Great service lovely atmosphere bit everything was over cooked and tasted like sssoy sauce. No flavor

Getting hygge in Copenhagen
Hotel was in a great location and the lobby, common areas and restaurant were beautifully decorated. Our double room was larger than expected which was nice, but it could use an update. Thankfully I think that is in the works. The breakfast is pretty fabulous so I encourage you to pay the extra if you are in doubt. I didn’t, so paid for it while I was there, which I assume costed more.

Disappointed
We booked a “Deluxe room with a Sea View”. The room was dirty, old and small. The view was of trees with a tiny sliver of sea. Our room was not to the standard of a four star hotel and we definitely did not get what we paid for. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were generally pleasant.
