A Dream Vacation!
This is an outstanding hotel with fabulous customer service. The view is amazing. The food is delicious. It is everything you want in a hotel on the Amalfi Coast. We got a room upgrade, and that was more than we could have ever imagined or dreamed of. Highly recommend the lemon tour that the hotel arranges.

A wonderful hotel
This is really a special and unique place. I can’t find words to describe how beautiful this property is! It is obvious from pictures that views are breathtaking etc. but I want to specially mention that hospitality, attention to detail is exceptional and staff deserves particular credit - everyone I have interacted with was super nice and went above and beyond to provide the best possible service; this really sets the hotel apart. Thank you very much.

Heaven on earth
This hotel is so good that I didn’t want to leave a review because I want to keep it secret but honestly the staff and service were so kind and helpful and I have never been to a better pool. We had to leave early because my girl wasn’t feeling well and the staff was so helpful they even called us the next day to see how she was feeling. You can’t find this type of service in Europe it’s the best. Can’t wait to go back

We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather.
