Another fantastic stay!!

Another amazing stay at Park Lodge Hotel! This was our 3rd stay in five years and Park Lodge and Mull never let us down...the hotel has recently been refurbished: new carpets throughout, new room furniture and all the ensuites have been renewed too! The breakfast is amazing and sets you up for the day and the staff simply cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is the best!! Thank you Park Lodge 😁

TOBERMORY TREAT

Hotel was comfortable and our executive room was spacious and well-equipped. Bar and dining room were connected and tables well-spaced. Service could have been a wee bit quicker but staff were friendly.

Easter stay

The place was really busy when we arrived and we got the last space in the car park. The hotel bar was really loud and busy including outside our room although it didn’t last until late hours. The hotel is up a steep hill and would exclude anyone with the slightest mobility issues wanting to visit the village. The staff were really friendly and accommodating but I’ve had better breakfasts.

We had a brilliant stay, it was the final place we stayed on a road trip and was definitely a highlight. The bed was comfortable, the room was in great condition, brilliant breakfast and a great location. Just be aware the road up to the hotel is quite narrow.

Disorganised and expensive for what it was…

Check-in was slow, as they’d lost the key. When we eventually got into the room, it looked a bit tired, but was clean. We then discovered there was no TV remote!… and despite several attempts from the staff to try and “find a spare”, all attempts failed. This was frustrating as, after a long day, we just wanted to relax and watch some tv. I was told that the owner was away, but upon their return was promised that a “goodwill partial refund” would be offered. No communication happened (surprise, surprise) and we were left feeling very hard done by - an average hotel, at premium prices, who clearly don’t care about their guests!
