Beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. Everything was perfect for us and I'd happily return without the kids too. Breakfast was delicious - best grilled tomatoes I've had, rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable and the sea view was spectacular. Bath in bedroom with sea view was very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room was as expected small but to see the sea view the window was high. Not what I expected from the picture. Bed was a double but the mattress was comfortable in the middle but if you want to sleep nearer the edge you have to be careful not to fall out it is so soft. Food was good in the evening. Did not have breakfast.

We upgraded from our initial shoebox room, which were surprised to have been allocated, as we had our dog with us and there was no room even for his basket! Our upgraded, sea view room was excellent. Good to have a hotel that supplies hair conditioner aswell as shampoo as most only supply a shampoo that strips the hair of all moisture. Good sized mugs, but flimsy plastic cups for the bathroom were disappointing. All staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very limited, seemingly unmarshalled car park in the street behind the hotel. Could be a problem parking from spring to autumn.

Great staff, very well-presented and well-maintained hotel. Genuinely one of the cleanest places I've stayed. Easy walk into town or to the beach. I'm not from the coast and it was wonderful to hear the sea at night.

The hotel was great I was there 2 nights for work 27&28 Jan. I loved the bedroom, very comfortable and view was amazing. The food was great, cod and chips. Best I’ve have in a while and really enjoyed the breakfast. Best of all was the staff, in particular the young man that checked me in on the evening of the 27th he was also there for dinner and breakfast. Couldn’t have been more attentive and polite. I’d love to go back for a a holiday next time.

First impressions when entering was being greeted by a friendly receptionist, who made booking in simple and gave accurate details to find our room. Everything was clean and very tidy. The room was on the top floor and was reached by stairs, we booked a small double room with a shower and toilet and it was very cosy and well presented. Again spotlessly clean. A sea view greeted us though the winter weather reduced it some what, I’m sure in summer it would have been spectacular. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was very good, possibly a little too much salt in the seasoning for my liking but excellent all the same. We finished with drinks in the bar served by another exceptionally friendly staff member. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast which was again very good quality, and some of the best bacon I have had for years, plenty to choose from the eat and again helped by friendly staff members. Overall a great place to stay and would visit again.
