"Wouldn’t choose anything different next time"

"We chose this hotel as our last stop after 3 weeks around Bali, it’s conveniently close to the airport and walking distance to the beach. There is a market with souvenirs across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and even BeachWalk Mall in Kuta is on walking distance. We enjoyed the hotel, the pool and pool bar with its cocktails, the pizza of restaurant Mozzarella and the breakfast buffet was excellent as well, and staff was really service orientated .. we were very lucky thanks to my Expedia status we also got upgraded to a suite what was an amazing surprise … for us it was a total 5 star experience … unforgettable 🙏 thank you "

"We stayed in premier pool view room. The room was large clean & tidy.We didnt have breakfast included but did go one morning. Good array of Indo & western food. The pool is large with a swim up bar & a childrens pool adjoing. There is also a beautiful roof top bar but not a lot of shade up there. You have to get there early to wrangle one of the 4 cabarners with shade. The hotel is next door to the Y bar I think the front rooms may get some noise from there at night. The room we had was further to the back so we didnt hear it. Staff are all friendly & very helpful"

"What can you say Padma is Padma! This is multiple times we have stayed here now and we’ve always enjoyed our time. Padma is very welcoming and friendly. Staff are super attentive when it comes to Price. Whilst it is one of the more expensive resorts that you stay at, I found this trip that different offerings from the resort were actually quite reasonably priced for some of the restaurant. Although my wife loves the buffet breakfast, I found the breakfast to be slightly lacking this time around. If I would have to pick one negative from the stay, it is the upsell tactics by some of the staff walking around the breakfast buffet in the morning, asking how your meal is and then immediately going into a script of trying to book you into one of the resorts restaurants for that evening. I’d like to call out the staff at the fitness centre specifically, these guys were absolutely great. I found them super helpful, even offering tips on personal training."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa girls were amazing, probably the best massage i have ever had. The cocktails were great, however, running out of vodka at the pool bar isnt really a good thing."

"Excellent staff. Rooms are very nice and comfy bed. Everything was great except the following. Sometimes bath towels were thread bare and had holes in them. Swimming pool needs a good clean around the edges due green mould but pool its self was lovely and clean. Overall a great hotel and would definately stay there again. Again staff were excellent especially Alan."
