Banheiro cheirava esgoto, não tinha shampoo nem condicionador, chuveiro só ligava em muito quente ou muito frio, encontramos um tufo de cabelos no banheiro assim que chegamos, toalhas e papel higiênico finos e duros e serviço de quarto bem fraco, não trocaram a roupa de cama em nenhum dia, apenas dobraram o lençol em cima da cama Estávamos lá para um casamento e pedimos para que a recepção apenas entregasse um manual para os convidados que se apresentassem (já havíamos contatado o hotel antes e disseram que poderiam fazer sem problema) e na hora os atendentes estavam com extrema má vontade e entregaram TODOS os manuais para 1 convidado para que ele entregasse nos quartos por conta própria

O quarto estava limpo, o que é um ponto positivo, porém houve vários problemas que comprometeram bastante a experiência. Ao chegar, o quarto não possuía toalhas, o que considero um item básico. Solicitei na recepção, mas houve uma demora excessiva para a entrega, além de um atendimento pouco atencioso e insatisfatório por parte da equipe da recepção. Outro ponto negativo foi a localização do quarto, que ficava no térreo, ao lado de uma igreja. Houve canto de louvores e muito barulho até por volta da meia-noite, impossibilitando o descanso adequado.
