This hotel is new, and absolutely beautiful! The staff is superb! They are all absolutely the best! They helped with directions, arranged transportation and offered suggestions on what to do. Our room wasn't ready as expected, so they gave us a suite! Unfortunately, there was some construction noise at some times, but it didn't last and it was not their fault. It was actually the building beside that caused the noise. The hotel is eclectic, with friendly staff (Christine and Louis) at reception and others along the way. The breakfast is good, but we weren't told that the kitchen prepares eggs/omelets. We figured it out on our third day. The location is amazing to visit the Christmas Markets! We recommend this hotel

The location is incredibly convenient — just steps from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Juyong, who checked us in, was incredibly kind. He welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm, even giving a mini design tour by pointing out subtle, fun details we might have missed. Throughout our stay, he remained friendly and helpful — it felt like having a friend at the front desk. Staff were lovely - but overall for the kimpton sub par. Toiletries weren’t replenished. Coffee that was replenished was only decaf. Phone don’t work so every time I needed something I would have to walk down and no one fixed it during our stay. And finally streaming did not work.

Gefallen haben uns die Lage mitten in Frankfurt und dass es sich um ein komplett neues Haus handelt (2025). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, antwortete bereits vor der Anreise sehr schnell auf Anfragen, sprach jedoch zum Teil kein Deutsch. Ebenfalls wissen sollte man, dass es sich um ein haustierfreundliches Haus handelt. Dass wir das bei der Buchung übersehen haben, war jedoch unser eigener Fehler. Bar und Frühstücksraum sind eher kühl gestaltet. Wir hätten es uns gemütlicher gewünscht. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir können uns vorstellen, dass es eine sehr gute Unterkunft ist für Menschen, die nicht ohne ihre Haustiere verreisen wollen oder können.
