Rooms were great, super close to the beach, property is very nice.
One of the nicer hotels in Patong.

We booked a Deluxe Sea View. We got a beautiful and spacious room but we only saw a small piece of the sea. A tiny balcony and the view from it was the roof of the neighboring hotel and a terrible noise of engines that worked 24 hours a day that made it difficult to sleep at night. We complained the next morning at the reception and they promised to get back to us. We have been here for 3 nights and are leaving tomorrow and no one has yet come back to us.

The drink at arrival was nice, we were only staying for a few hours prior to our flight home. Unfortunately did not get a room upgrade and waited for room key until 14:50. Was begining of october so not peak season yet, may need improvement on room turnover. Staff was nice thoughout, hotel was fresh, beds seemed comfortable eventhough we didnt spend the night. Very close to everything in Patong/walking street/shopping. Connected to the hooters restaurant bar next door on main street. We come to phuket often and have not stayed here before, for the price point and what we needed, it was good.

the hotel offers partial sea view and full sea view room at higher rates. it makes no sense because all the rooms are partial sea view because the hotel isn’t directly off the beach. i had a dirty ally way view with buildings and trees blocking the sea view. horrible!! i voiced my displeasure and they acknowledge the lack of sea view at their properties. They moved me into a bigger room with a partial pool view. property is nice!! happy hour drink specials was the highlight. i would recommend but don’t pick the sea view rooms because there is no sea view

Things got off to a bad start and didn't really improve after that!
Paid extra for room with "partial sea view" but was allocated room with view of a brick wall!
Complained but was told they do not have sea view rooms because they are not near the sea and this room option has since been removed from their website.
The dispute dragged on and was not resolved to my satisfaction. I was not offered an upgrade or any form of compensation.
So many other niggles and frustrations.
Balcony got no sun at anytime of day and only had 1 chair. Was promised a second but that never materialised.
Pool areas on level 3 badly positioned so they got very little sun if any at all. Also a roof top pool and terrace was widely advertised throughout the hotel but did not exist as they were "still under construction".
Brakfast was average with limited "western" options and no coffee machine, just instant.
Plenty of thai and indian dishes available but cannot eat spicy food or curry for breakfast.
Taxi farce was ubelivable.
Afer booking taxi for airport, my flight was rescheduled and delayed by 40 minutes, so I tried to amend the taxi pick up time accordingly. No idea why but this simple task proved to be mission impossible for them. In the end, just flagged one down in the street outside.
Overall, staff are willing but seem inexperienced and unable to resolve simple issues. They promise a lot but deliver little.
Unfortunately, would not stay here again nor recommend. 👎

Nice gym and stylish hotel.
Before book the hotel, I saw most of comments are negative or unhappy experience. However I saw the photos of the hotel gym, so I booked and try.
No parking in this hotel. So I park in street parking (No fee).
The check in process is smooth and welcome drink provided. The staff guide me to the room and prepare ice water for me.
The gym is excellent!! It is professional setting and personal trainer available on site. I stay three nights in the hotel, I went to gym 6 times during whole stay.
Buffet breakfast just normal, no surprise.
Washing machine on 7th floor, but no changes machine. I went to reception ask for 10 dollars coins, she help me asked hotel bar, restaurant etc. But still no 10 dollars coins available. Finally I went to local store to exchange 10 dollars coins for washing and drying.
Check out are smooth.
Highly recommend and I will be back.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, doch der tatsächliche Ausblick hat absolut nichts mit «Meerblick» zu tun. Der gesamte Online-Auftritt des Radisson RED verspricht deutlich mehr, als man vor Ort erhält. Zusätzlich war die Klimaanlage eines benachbarten Gebäudes direkt vor meinem Balkon so laut, dass ein Aufenthalt unmöglich war.
Das Ersatzzimmer hatte keinen Meerblick und bot praktisch keinen Schallschutz – der Strassenlärm war extrem präsent. Zudem roch das Zimmer nach Schimmel, das Raumklima war sehr feucht und ein Badetuch trocknete über zwei Nächte nicht, trotz laufender Klimaanlage.
Fitnessraum und Pool entsprechen ebenfalls nicht der Darstellung online: Das Gym ist kaum brauchbar und der Pool lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

El buffet de desayuno es malísimo, de los peores buffetes que me han tocado además hay demasiada gente y nadie te ayuda a buscar lugar. Definitivamente es algo en lo que deben de trabajar para que la gente realmente pueda dejar una mejor puntuación y tenga una mejor experiencia.
