The property and the room were clean. Every inch of the hotel is an amazing art gallery. All Items off the breakfast menu are amazingly delicious! If you have any mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge as there is no elevator (be aware). However, the staff DID transfer our luggage to our room. After checking out and arriving at the airport, my husband realized he left his backpack in the lobby which contained his passport. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and arranged to have a taxi pick up the backpack and have it delivered to us at the airport. The extra effort on their part was super appreciated as my husband and I were completely disconnected and without cell phones. We will always remember the hotel’s fabulous staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel - all the staff were so welcoming, helpful and warm. The vibrant art - historical dog portraits dominated during our stay - was a total delight, our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 stars for this lovely hotel!
