In general the accommodation is for a short stay okay, but the smell in the hall and the bathroom was horrible… the furniture is okay. But what the biggest disappointment was, since I wanted to cook, there was nothing shown on the images available… sad. Please update the images and dont show cooking gear and oven, which is not available.

I had to chase to get access to the building - woman on mobile remotely having conversations with other people. Had flagged my check in details had not come but told me it would come. Basically, they had overbooked the rooms but did not tell us and gave us a single room hoping we would not notice. We did. When I asked for the room we had booked was told it was Expedia's fault, all the rooms are booked and basically spent 3 hours waiting an outcome. Expedia rebooked us to another hotel which was equally awful. Bad experience overall

Rummen var bra och rena men jag hade ett event klockan 15 och behövde lämna väska i bagagerummet innan dess och dom var helt omöjliga där. Nu läste jag det via ett annat hotell i närheten som tur är.

Ett väldigt enkelt alternativ i Sundsvall. Positivt är stt läget är riktigt bra och hotellet är fräscht och verkar nyrenoverat i vackert stenstadshus. Det finns dock noll bekvämligheter och är helt obemannat. Trist att hälften av lamporna i rummet inte funkade, sånt kan man lösa även på ett obemannat Hotel. Bokade till väldigt lågt pris så ska inte klaga på det men om man är ute efter något mer än billigast så ska man välja något annat. Sundsvall har många fina alternativ.

Kjempefin plass, men vi synes at det vr litt problemer i forhold til kommunikasjon på telefon, da vedkommende vi snakka med på lørdag virka ikke til å forstå hva vi sa, og kunne heller ukke kommunisere på engelsk, noe vi ikke syntes var bra.

Super kallt i badrummet. Badhandduken var fläckig. Står att det ska vara utsikt över staden. Men mitt rum hade en utsikt över en innegård där det enda jag såg var stolar som stod staplade på varandra.

Allt var mycket bra, lite fundersam då vid ankomst tittade vi genom skåp och rummet i stort. Hittade då glas och annat i ” köksskåpen”, bra och ha om man blir törstig till natten. Efter promenad på stan återvände vi till hotellet, då hade alla skåp länsats, inte ett glas eller någonting? Mycket märkligt!
