Hotel was nice - but overall fell short for me. We arrived early, and were told we would receive a phone call when room was ready, but did not - returned to hotel in evening to find our room was ready. Additionally, was told on arrival there would be no housekeeping for room - which was disappointing, but okay as we were told on check in - however, after two days of a stay, when asked if we wanted a room refresh, we said yes but it was never done - so no fresh towels or trash cans emptied as we had hoped. The location is incredible, walkable - safe street. However would choose another hotel for the price, and lack of amenities for another trip to Philadelphia.
