The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself.

Manager couldn’t find our booking. He had to go to Expedia. After about a jerking us around finally got in to the condo. One bedroom condo. Good for a couple of newly weds visiting Manila. Small but quaint. Had all cooking utensils every thing to cook with. Bathroom was dirty.

Nice view. AC worked good... People working in lobby were very professional.. Dirty bed & sheets.. One dirty worn towel for 2 people.. We had to buy our own towels.. Wash machine was dirty & didn't work.. Dirty kitchen.... Would not recommend ...

Worse place
This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. They provided one towel for three guests, and it was disgusting—stinky and clearly not washed properly. There was no soap or shampoo, just a tiny bottle of conditioner barely enough for one person. I can’t believe I was fooled into booking this place.
The towels and blankets were absolutely awful—thin, dirty, and reeking of mildew. The extra bed for our guest was a complete joke—thin, uncomfortable, and smelled terrible. There were no proper beddings, and both the extra blanket and our own were so thin and filthy they were practically useless.
This place is a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs!

First unit had water pipe issue. There was loud banging and then the water started running on its own. Called owner and they wanted me to wait to see if it would stop. 6 hours later I finally had to ask to be switched to another unit. The new unit was roomier… how ever, there were no towels. There were no welcome notes or information on how to use the water heater. When I switched rooms I was instructed to leave the key in the mailbox. I did along with the welcome tag. I was not told to keep the welcome tag. When I checked out I was charged because I had no proof of leaving the welcome tag. The sheets seems old even has hole. The pillows need to be washed. I had to ask a maintenance worker about trash disposal. I also had to ask about laundry. The owners and manager need to freshen up their linens with new sets and add towels and wash clothes to their units. Also leave more info on how to operate and function in the unit.
