The hotel was fantastic for the stay, but one night there were too many kids on the hallways hitting doors for more than an hour... the staff didnt do anything. Other than that, I had a great time in there, the front desk and resto-bar is excellent.

Stayed for 4 days in a private room. The hotel/hostel was okay for the price. They offer breakfast buffet with a wide selection of choices for an additional fee. The facility was a walking distance to the Berlin central station and it was safe/walkable at night.

A bed and a roof… but not much more…

Horrible cleaning standard. Toilet was very dirty and had garbage (tin foil and tooth pick) on the floor. Hair in the drains in shower. Beds for the booked number of residents where not done and we needed to do it ourselves… after getting it from the receptionist. Maybe fine for young people with no requirement other than a bunk to sleep…

NEVER again!

The room and breakfast were fine. The problem was security and noise. My laptop was stolen from my room the day I arrived. Hearing doors slam constantly, how often does one think of checking the door when you go out if it has an automatic closing mechanism. My door didn't close completely and within a few hours my laptop was gone. I reported it to management however there was little that could be done. BUT, they made NO EFFORT to fix my door and I was there 4 nights after the theft happened. I suspect this non-closing of doors wasn’t unique to my room. The first person I talked to at the desk asked me if I checked to be sure my door was closed. Why would I do that when it should be closing automatically? Was he generally aware of this type of problem with other rooms? Secondly, I made note of the problem to cleaning staff. While the individuals spoke no English, they seemed to be aware of the problem in their response. This is gross negligence on the part of a&o’s management. Remember, four days later it still wasn’t fixed. Also, the noise level was absurd at times because of slamming automatic doors, particularly in the morning when many were going to breakfast. No late sleeping for sure.

Gut, wenn man zu mega Events anreist, muss man wissen, dass die Hotels teuerer sind. Allerdings stand hier der Preis in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, was ok war, aber leider auch sehr abgewohnt. Ruhe fand man nur zwischen Mitternacht und 5 Uhr morgens. Ansonsten war es sehr laut. Positiv: Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Zawsze wybieramy sniadanie w hotelu, tutaj jednak zrezygnowalismy. Jedynym plusem byla odleglosc do glownego dworca i bliska odleglosc do centrum Berlina.
