Needed a two week rental close to expressways and parks and found this listing after an extensive search on multiple apps. This condo is located in a large complex and was perfect for our stay. The check in process was extremely smooth and the host was very communicative with very clear instructions. The condo itself was in good shape. There was a small rip in the couch and the dishwasher was a little finicky, but everything else was in great working condition. We had most appliances we needed - except there is no toaster in the kitchen. There were bare bones “extras”. The property management company did provide a starter kit. However, we needed to stock up on everything from hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, tissue, paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. There were extra sheets and pillows in the bedrooms. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, including beach towels for the pool. There were no beach chairs, coolers, to-go containers, etc., if your stay includes a trip to the beach or a need to pack a lunch for an extended day out. The clubhouse area was nice with a small gym and a resort style pool. The pool had a separate kids area with a splash pad. The outdoor pool bar was a nice touch for unwinding in the heat! Just outside of the pool area was a walking trail. Security was responsive and we felt safe. There is a gated parking area with a key pad and code. The parking lot can be accessed on foot by the public through the main walkways of each condo building.
