We loved staying here and location was excellent. Rooms and corridors smelt very fresh and fragrant. We only had one issue, we travelled from UK to Barcelona and got the high speed train to Madrid, so we were very exhausted. When we arrived we checked in to get access codes,but never received any. Called owners and texted and got no answer. I was about to change hotels. Anyway all was sorted eventually Had to contact hotels.com who were ext helpful.i would stay again but I'll need the codes pre checkin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed my stay at Sabia Natura Madrid. The location is perfect and made getting around the city super easy. My room was beautiful, and I loved having a balcony. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Madrid.

The location is great however it gets really busy around the area . There is no kitchen , no refrigerator but has hot water for your tea or instant coffee which is available. There are cups. En-suite BR in the room but only one to share with 8 ladies in the room . Not too sure if there’s an extra BR and shower somewhere in the facility. No room service , you have to ask to change or I changed only the pillowcase myself . I just walked all over the tourist spots . Didn’t even take the transport. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and a tour booth nearby. It’s so close to Plaza Mayor and the Opera , even Callao plaza , Gran Via , Plaza Espana , Temple of Debod , Prado Museum, Retiro Gardens.
