Our stay in this property was excellent. Only detail is that we decided to eat dinner at its restaurant one evening and had to return the Lasagna ordered because it was burned and so rubbery it could not be cut. The room and staff were very good though. I would stay here again.

this is an average hotel for those who just need a place to stay... when arrived after checking in I was advised that my room had no power, due to a grid failure, and they only offered a 10% discount at the restaurant, I did not like to be informed after checking in, so I could make a decision whether I wanted to stay with no power or not. Luckily, power was restored a after, but in my opinion was unprofessional. As well lady at the front desk was very rude with a guest I had that I told to ask them for assistance to park their car, and I felt the front desk lady was just trying to make things hard for us. Other than that location is good if you want to walk downtown, room was OK, but the rug was with stains that didn't look good. I have to thank people from room service being helpful and nice when I called after they were closed but they offered pizza and was a good service, and was able to eat something. Price is fair for the product they offer. So, pros and cons, you decide.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help us start our mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Querétaro Centro. Definitively we’ll come back to this amazing property.
