All staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant staff were very friendly and our food was very quick and cooked perfectly. The room was very nice and big, bathroom was very good so new and clean, soft towels, great shower! We were only there 2 nights waiting for our next flight, the room was serviced for our second night which was very welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient place close to the airport but not that close.

Curtains were trashed , didn't provide any form of shade , rails were misaligned. Unacceptable for a 300$+ per night room . Otherwise a nice hotel with the required amenities. No pool. No spa. We had a good stay before our flight back. The room was spacious for a family of four, and clean. I think it was missing a few basic staff for a 250£ room such as plates, or napkins. The breakfast was also decent, with low variety of options, given that it costs 20£ per person.

This hotel is on the retired US military base. There is nothing around it to do. There is a small deli beside the hotel that has good food. The hotel restaurant serves good burgers. But, the prices are high compared to US dollars. The breakfast they advertise is expensive also. They advertise airport shuttle service: Well if your fight is between 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM you are in luck of getting to the airport free. But , if you are like me my flight was at 4:00 PM you have to get a taxi that cost $45 US to get to the airport. Also, they will not pick you up at the airport to take you to the hotel either. Again a taxi is required.

Ok hotel for one night stay near airport. We didn’t have breakfast as had read reviews which were not great. For evening food the hotel has restaurant, there is a restaurant (public deli) right next door which also has a small supermarket area - food was good here. Food court nearby too. Plenty of parking. Communal area in hotel quite small.

We stay here one night before our flight early morning the next day after disembarked from our cruise. The hotel is clean and located quite close to the KEF airport and this make it a good choice for people who has an early morning flight. The room is clean and spacious, but we feel that more should be done to the space to make it more functioning for their customers. The hotel location is very quite, but far away from the town/city. The hotel is actually a repurposed of an old US military base building. There are no shop nearby other than 2 car rentals companies and a restaurant in the building next to the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner (no lunch). There is a bar right next to the front desk. There is no more free shuttle service to the airport. It is a paid service now and only run from 4am to 8am. The price is still much cheaper compared to taxi. Reservation required for the shuttle service. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable stay.
