Gorgeous location, friendly and helpful staff, and we loved the outdoor hot tubs! The spa downstairs is lovely, and the breakfast was also very good. The one downside was in the bathroom it was an open shower with no lip or raised area, so the whole floor got wet. As downsides go it was minor. This is a great location for reaching Diamond Beach/Jökulsárlón.

Probably the best hotel I been too in Iceland and I booked over 5 hotels during my trip. Absolutely amazing hotel and next to a waterfall. We also sat down in the bar and had a drink.
