The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, with the rooms located even higher. The only minor quirk is the access: you must first walk through a mall on the 3rd floor and then take a separate elevator to the 19th. Other than that, everything was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient—directly across from Wanchai MTR station and a short walk from a market. Our room was new, spacious, and had a great city view. We especially liked the free ice machine and the amazing shower, which had fantastic pressure and instantly hot water. Check-in/out was quick and efficient. A great tip: visit the Food Parc supermarket on the 15th floor for delicious, affordable sushi packs to enjoy in your room. As a family, we were pleased to be given two rooms directly opposite each other. Well done! 👍
