Great location, Room Need Updating
Outstanding location, beautiful view, nice pool, but our unit was outdated and dirty. Seems like the lobby and property was more updated then this particular unit.

Hotels.com reservations and check in worked well. When we arrived at our room, we were looking for soap and realized our room was not supplied with any amenities - nothing! We also had to empty the dishwasher with dishes that were left. We were not sure if the room was cleaned prior to us coming in. There was mold in the AC vents and the tub area and ants in the bathroom and kitchen counter. We had to put everything even dishes in the refrigerator to keep them from swarming. The safe was also not working. The balcony was nice but had scribble marks from a permanent marker. We reported this to the Vacation Rental agency and the next day they dropped off a bag with toilet paper and a roll of paper towel, one sliver of soap. We asked the resort about the amenities and they said since we went through the Vacation Rental they could not assist us. This room and service was not up to par. I will not go through Vacation Rental company again.

The address given on reservation for checkin was incorrect , Front lobby of the hotel first said we do not have you in our system them when I showed my reservation she said oh you will need to go to anither place called flamingo inn about 3-4 miles away to get my keys. This room did not have any wifi , just two towels bad quality soap , bed spread and linens were not good , Bed was not comfortable at all Overall very bad quality for the price I paid
