Loved the complex itself however the room was extremely expensive for what we received. We could see the beach from our room however there was no balcony to sit out on. For what we paid a night for this room we could have stayed somewhere else and received a lot more for our money. Pretty disappointing!

Great Room great location mediocre service.
Great unit. 1BR in Luau 2. Easy covered parking. Pool bar was closed for the season and no pool towel service. No housekeeping either (which we knew ahead of time) but still a bummer. Really comfy bed. Great view and great location. Walked over to the Hilton a couple times to eat. Also had breakfast at the Sunset Bay Cafe. Get the shrimp and grits. Thank me later.

Nice but eh.
I must say the grounds themselves were great. The Golf courses looked great, the food was great the people were wonderful and the location is absolutely top notch. However, the rooms were dated and in desperate need of a face lift. There weren't any detrimental issues like rodents or anything, just little stuff like old bathrooms, old/worn furniture and no modern amenities like USB outlets, wet bar etc...

Disappointment.
our Unit was on the second floor in tower two. When we got off of the elevator with out cart full of luggage we had to carry everything by hand from the elavator to the room because there was no way to get the cart up the stairs to our room!!! No one told us about the other elevator! How would anyone know for #1, that there was another elevator and #2, that you have to go to the third floor and then move to the other elevator and then go back to the second floor!!! The room was not clean and there were very few supplies and poorly furnished. The screen door did not work so if you wanted go onto the balcony you had to take it off the tracks. I understand having to check fire alarms but you could narrow the time down to morning, afternoon, or even just one day. The day we were leaving pest control was scheduled. That’s three days in row that you are affecting someone vacation that they are paying good money for. At least schedule these necessary inspections apart so your not ruining people’s vacations. All and all it was a poor experience. We would not return or recommend this property.
