The room was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning and a kettle and tea and coffee provided. Queries addressed to Alessandro were responded to very promptly and clearly. Recommend.

Of course you never know about a booking when it’s International. My wife and I travel extensively and this find was a an absolute gem!!! The location is perfect. 14 minute walk to the Vatican. In front of a beautiful square (Camillo Cavour) in front of two historical landmarks. We walked to all major must sees. The best thing is about the ease of transportation. Bus stops, Taxis everything is right out front. The host Alessandro and his mother were very communicative the room was private. This is not like a typical hotel in the US. A ten minute walk to 50 different restaurants. My wife and I would consider this the best booking that we have ever made on Hotels.com which is excess of 100

Go Somewhere Else
It was not an easy check-in. We paid for 2 days of rental through 3 different transactions as requested by the owner. He required that we pay tourist tax to him by cash. We had a hard time with internet while traveling. Dealing with communication issues and his complicated procedure was not worth a redo ever again. Owner was not flexible and made us check-in through a 4 hour window before 4 or 5pm; would not allow us to check-in an hour or 2 later, although it was a self-check-in process. We arrived to a small office like room, cameras and alarms were everywhere and owner criticized us for not reading his instructions as he watched us struggle through his creepy camera instead of helping us get our key/room faster. We seriously thought it was an office just to get the keys/entry info. He kicked our friend out who helped us lug our suitcases in the heat looking for the place, told him he was only allowed to stay for 5 min. Not sure what kind of people he rented prior, but I was so embarrassed to my friend who left his wife and kids at his hotel to help us. Opened door from office to a narrow white hallway with several doors. Nothing special about the room…literally basic, no view, with a modern bathroom. The building itself was nice, grand with huge old doors, and well kept. We used Uber everywhere and that got expensive. There are better choices to stay for sure. I see why this was still available for last minute reservation. AVOID!

Be careful when booking this accommodation. I travelled with my family on a Saturday evening and stayed for 3 nights. Room was pretty clean, but that was pretty much all about this property. People who are running it have no understanding of accommodating people. There are many inconvenient restrictions which are never mentioned in their listing, and many amenities are advertised inaccurately. They claim they have front desk with limited hours, but they sent us a message two days before checkin that it's not a hotel and there is no front desk! The property is on the 5th floor of a commercial building, with a 4-hour window (3-7pm) to checkin. Before 3pm noone will keep your luggage until your room is ready, and good luck with you if you're coming after 7pm because you will be left on the street as the main gate of the building will be shut and you cannot code into the building!! They also have noone to answer your concerns outside of 10am-7pm daily, except Sundays which is completely out of service! The person in charge of everything, Alessandro, is not customer friendly and unprofessional. He gave us an emergency number to call, but when I called that number once our toilette flush broke on the first day and left a message, he responded with an email a couple of hours after saying that he is 100 kms away and cannot help until Monday!! And he still didn’t fix it until we left the property. Anyways, we had an unpleasant stay and suggest you think twice before booking with them.

Nous avons passé un cours séjour sur Rome et nous recommandons le logement Tupini pour son confort, sa propreté et sa proximité des monuments historiques comme le Vatican, le Castel St Angelo ou la Plaza popolo… tour est accessible à pied, en bus ou en Métro. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
