The toddler pools were great for under 6 year olds. The sand pool was a big hit with very shallow water. The kids loved playing in the sand. The lazy river is only 3 feet deep so easy/safe to manage little kids. Another kid pool with small slides and shallow water was a big hit. Good family vacation for those with little ones. On site food options very expensive.

I have been a visitor to the JW since 2014. While it’s great and I mean fantastic place to be with young children, I have noticed over the years that the property has become increasingly overcrowded. You pay a lot for the amenities and I understand that; the property itself is beautiful and that costs money to maintain however, there are just way too many people. So if you don’t mind feeling like you are at an amusement park this is a perfect place to stay with your family.

Room was clean. On Sunday morning we had no HOT water to shower. Had deadlines.staff was not friendly at check-in. Golf course price was too expensive for the shape the course was in compared to another high end resort we stay at. Spa was great. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Rooms are spacious but outdated. Pretty low end for a so called jw. Service was incredibly slow. Dining options are basically snack shacks. But the outdoor pool area and cabanas were solid. Golf course had a great layout but the upkeep was worse than a municipal course. Weeds everywhere, poorly maintained fairways and tee boxes. Wouldn’t ever play it again. Paid 380 per player wouldn’t play it for more than 75
