UNDERWHELMED

Everything was fine but nothing was above and beyond satisfactory. There were some small details that needed attention like broken toilet paper holder. Restaurant was closed the entire time we were there which was inconvenient since no breakfast was provided. Check in personnel was friendly and nice but appearance was unprofessional. The complex was almost empty and I think we were given the worst view upstairs in the complex. None of this was a deal breaker necessarily but it appears the only building that is really kept up is lobby and pool area everything was a little neglected. I was very excited for a quick get away and online the food and the appearance was spectacular in the pictures and very little was as the pictures represented the property.
