Great wolf lodge
For what they charge for a roommate night I was definitely not impressed. The vent we’re loaded with dust (I have 3 month old , 2yr old and 6 year old) definitely not what I expected. The elevator situation is an absolute joke. If it’s a busy time of day, which every second at that place is busy, you could wait anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator. With three kids that was my nightmare. Especially after a long day at the pool. Staff seemed very young and not a term to details. For example, we were celebrating my six-year-old‘s birthday at lunch. I went to the waiter discreetly and asked if he could do anything for her birthday. He said yes and said he could get her ice cream I said perfect anything would be appreciated. He proceeded to bring her ice cream out before we had even gotten an appetizer. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but you can only imagine my 6 year old and 2 year old seeing ice cream before anything… let’s just say they pretty much had ice cream for lunch that day. I think great wolf lodge is a cool place, but if they want to demand top dollar, they need to provide top dollar amenities and service which I don’t believe they have.

This facility needs an update soon compared to Kalahari resort and the Great Wolf in Virginia. The staff were nice and the kids had lots of fun.

Stay, was amazing from the theme of the resort to walking down the halls to the waterpark. Everything was super clean. My son had so much fun only thing we disliked and had a hard time was sleeping on the queen bed. It was extremely hard we were up, tossing and turning all night.

Had to stay at this hotel after flight cancellations. We checked in at midnight; vending machines were not working, had to call for blankets, safety light strobed in the room all night, tv wouldn’t work, hot water took 10 mins to heat.
