We had an amazing experience! A special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. That level of attentiveness really shows how much he cares about his guests. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for us was the food. We would have loved to see more authentic Costa Rican dishes on the menu. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly had a great experience.

Great breakfast menu selection with large portions, there’s even eggs benedict! All of the staff were amazing, we received the best service here of all the places we’ve stayed at in Costa Rica. You can spot macaws and monkeys across the property. The restaurant has a stunning view. Would definitely return!

Lovely location with incredible reviews. Seeing the released red macaws on site was a treat. Tours booked via the hotel were excellent and we appreciated the recourse when one of our tours did not work out. Really loved the upper sunset deck. Restaurant was decent. Pool lovers may be disappointed with the pool.
