The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was terrific, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and the rooms were large (at least ours was). But there are issues that would keep me from booking again in the future: the design is a true motel, where people are walking past your room and can easily see in unless you have the shutters closed, leaving the room very dark; the pool is very small, so when two families were poolside it was both loud and more crowded than I would like for a relaxing visit to the pool; finally, the furniture and decor in the room were tired and not as nice as I would expect for a room at this price point.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We had people in our group who needed special health accomodations and these folks absolutely delivered. We had a wonderful time and got a lot of value out of our short stay here. My husband also frequently travels to SB for work, and is going to ask if Las Brisas can be put on their "approved for reimbursement" list.
