We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great knowledge about the town!

Loved our stay here! Vietri sul Mare is quieter than some of the other coastal towns. This hotel included a fabulous breakfast on the patio with a fantastic view. The staff were extremely helpful with questions about day trips and transportation. There was a shuttle that made four trips a day to/from the center of Vietri town, where we easily caught ferries to visit the other coastal towns. We also rented kayaks from the beach front and swam/explored the ocean at Vietri. Our room had a little soaking pool on the balcony which was great for cooling off at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is not bad. Our first night we were very tired and did not feel like taking a taxi down to the town for dinner. We decided to get food at their restaurant. My wife ended up getting food poisoning. Next morning when I asked the front desk to please bring me down to the town because I need to go to a farmacia to grab medicine. He told me to walk it’s only 10 min walk. Yea right 30 min walk later I got to the town. If you don’t get a taxi back you are hiking up a mountain back to hotel. If you stay here do not eat at restaurant. Go downtown. ( waiter was friendly)

I would say that my stay was phenomenal, the location, hotel, my room, including the staff were all 5 stars, the morning breakfast buffet including dinner was just amazing, like a fine dine experience every-time. If you are debating on staying anywhere else, choose Realis Paradiso Amalfi, you’ll be delighted. Cant wait to stay here again

The hotel was beautiful, but what made it so special was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel special and welcomed with open arms, and a freshly squeezed lemon drink. The dining dinner menu created by Chef Andre was exquisite. From appetizers to deserts and everything in between we were always amazed at the mouth watering taste's. Our server Mauro made the experience even more fantastic with his attention to details, his friendliness and knowledge and his ability to fully communicate in English was fabulous. He was also so helpful in helping me improve my Italian. We loved the dining experience so much that we simply chose this to be our regular dinner restaurant for our entire stay in the area. And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy. For an absolute fabulous stay in or around Salerno area I highly recommend the Relais Paradiso.

Very friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble . Super views from the balcony where breakfast was served . Room was perfect , had a comfortable bed and great shower . Our large balcony / outdoor sitting area led directly to the main pool area . Hotel provided a shuttle bus that could be booked to the local town , but it’s also walkable. The public bus also stopped right outside the hotel . Dinner seemed expensive and lots of choice in the town so we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant . Would definitely stay again .

Really super hotel with Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble . Very comfortable and clean room with large balcony that led to the main pool area. Stunning views from the outside dining area where breakfast was served. Hotel provided a shuttle bus into the town ( set times) that could be booked. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel und das Ort - keine sehenswert .

Personal raucht im EG, deswegen ganzen Hotel stinkt nach Rauch; Personal auch unfreundlich, oft beim Frühstück stehen 5-6 Personal zusammen. Jacussi auf die Terrasse - nur Show, kann man nicht benutzen, schmutzig; ganze Terrasse/Pool Möbel sind ohne Polster, nicht einladend. Die Bilder Entspechen nicht das Wirklichkeit . Um 6 -06:30 Uhr morgens im EG war je Tag sehr laut von cleaning personal. Chuttle bus war in unpassende Zeit angeboten, so das den kann man nicht immer benutzen. Taxi fahrt vom Dorf Zentrum bis zur Hotel ist 1,5 km ( Serpentine Straße) kostet 15€. Hauskeeping hat ein Bademantel aus Zimmer einfach entfernt, nicht ersetzt . Frühstück Angebot war ist nicht so ausreichend; muss man ständisch nach Speisen/getränke nachfragen. Preis für Hotel Entspicht nicht das Qualität. Von 1-ten Moment habe ich erwartet nur auf unsere Abreise ( 4 Nächte war zu lang). Kleine Stadt , wo befindet sich das Hotel und Salerno bietet nichts interessantes. Diese Besuch hat sich nicht gelohnt . Amalfiküste Reise muss man max bis zur stadt Amalfi beenden.
