We loved our stay at the Residenza Piranesi Boutique Hotel! The rooms were modern and clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the restuarant attached the hotel was delicious! This hotel is outstanding!! The rooms are amazing. The beds are very comfortable, the room was pretty spacious, the bathroom area was very nice and very clean. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the city, restaurants, and things to do in Rome. The restaurant attached is also amazing. The breakfast is just what you need to start your day, lunch is exactly what you need in between activities and the dinner is fabulous!! The staff at the restaurant treat you like family.

Residenza Piranesi is truly exceptional. The customer service here is, without question, the best I have ever experienced in Europe. The staff is wonderfully diverse, yet every person shares the same remarkable qualities: they are intelligent, thoughtful, warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They anticipate what you need before you even have to ask and make every guest feel genuinely valued. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects care and pride, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Rome. What makes this hotel unforgettable, however, is its extraordinary team. Their kindness and professionalism elevated our entire experience. Residenza Piranesi doesn’t deserve just five stars—it deserves ten stars out of five. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I would return without hesitation!

The hotel is very cute, tucked into a building extremely close to the Spanish Steps. It is within 5-10 walking minutes of a some popular sites and lots of restaurants! The staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Vanessa for her patience, recommendations, and complimentary upgrade since they had room. We did not require AC as it was March but the hotel temperature was perfect.
