Hotel Isabell is in the perfect central location, walking distance from all of old town Toledo’s attractions, with the Toledo cathedral, the most awe inspiring Gothic cathedral you’ll ever see. The hotel it itself was in a historic building, and the courtyard was lovely, the room large, and best of all the beds were the most comfortable we had on our two week trip around Spain. The room was dark and quiet and comfortable, and we loved it! We did need to ask for a kettle from the front desk to have morning coffee because we’re early risers and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Caution! Driving to the hotel on the narrow cobblestone streets with brick buildings on both sides with very little clearance is required.

Loved the hotel and the views from the rooftop ter

This hotel is a gem. It was previously a Palazzo and it still retains its charm. I was encouraged when I checked in, to visit the rooftop terrace and the views by day and as the evening progressed into night will love on with me. Very special and everyone there was very friendly, partly because the view was so good. My room was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. There's a BB it of up and down to reach the hotel, but that's Toledo. It was one of the highlights of my holiday in Spain.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this charming little hotel nestled in the heart of old town Toledo. It is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was most delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh toasted bread with fruit. The whole experience was delightful. We would definitely stay again if we visit in future.

We loved our stay at Santa Isabel, the place is an old castle and you can see the old columns. The outside patio has an espectacular view of the city, specially at night. The staff is AMAZING, I don't have words to describe how much better was our stay thank to the hotel staff.

An excellent small hotel in a medieval house converted into a hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the Cathedral, and between the jewish quarter and the center of town. Nice continental breakfast and every service was well done by very nice and helpful staff. Very recomendable hotel. I will try to stay there in my next visit.

Great hotel and location for two nights in Toledo. Beautiful building with gorgeous views from the terrace. Very clean room with a big shower and good water pressure. Friendly staff, 24-hour front desk is handy. Nothing fancy in our room (no kettle) and the bed was a bit firm for my taste but otherwise perfect.
