This was the absolute worst hotel. There was mold on the walls, bug feces in the bed, ants everywhere, stained carpets, and even saw a mouse run down the hallway. Didn't even sleep there one night (and we were booked for 16) and ended up walking down the beach to find another hotel. They refused to reimburse us and I had to get All Accor involved to get our money back, which we are STILL waiting for.

A decent but very busy hotel!

It was quite a busy hotel. The staff seemed overloaded, but always tried to help. Nice beach view from the hotel. And a good sized pool, which probably is the highlight of the hotel.

Good location, bad service

There was a smoking zone near kids' pool, no proper changing rooms or shower for the swimming pool, and the service level was very bad at the breakfast area (square). most of the time no operator picks up the phone. I had to call 3 times for luggage pickup at the time of check-out. This hotel has a good location, but everything else needs an upgrade.

Hardware ok but software not impressive

Everything looks good in pictures and information when booking the hotel. Once in place, it is less flattering. Slow check-in. TV in the room that doesn't work. Minibar with only water. Pool where birds gather to drink water. A bar with only one type of beer. Food OK but slow service. Recurring questions about which room number you have when sitting by the pool. The area outside the hotel was shabby. Canceled the last two nights (out of four). This because I found a last minute offer at The Oberoi Mumbai for the same price as Novotel Juhu Beach...

Horrible visit do not come here

Service was terrible it took them 2 hours just to send a their address to be written on a paper. We asked for coffee mugs every evening and it took them over an hour to get us coffee mugs and plates to us. Lastly, the bed sheets were absolutely filthy with huge red marks on them! Not worth paying for this hotel considering how expensive the stay was just for 4 days terrible service overall 4/10 service

Expect us to pay so much for a stay at their hotel and they give us this?

An example of a cheap wine: Jacobs Creek Shiraz purchased in room on 29th Oct 2022: Comparative Price in Australia= A$6 (Rs315) Retail price in India Bottle Shop = Rs1500 (inclusive of all taxes> In room Dining price for the bottle: Rs8811.75 (=A$171) Rip off? or simply a 5 star pricing?? Food is extremely expensive too!

My booked room was given to someone else and I had to wait till 9 am in lobby to check in. Although I had notified hotel about my late arrival in the night. The reservations and front desk is terrible. During wedding season December the hotel is congested and pool is blocked

Stayed with family ,wont return

I have stayed here with family 2 times before but this time it wasnt the same. Stayed with family so 2 rooms.The check in time was over 2 hours. They tried giving me my room far away from one another,down the corridor. Rooms were ok and food was good. No staff were there to attend to us during pool time during the day. During one of the breakfast time, the staff were dropped some hot fammable liquid cups and went over back of my dress and my dress and hair caught on fire,luckily my daughter was behind me and helped me put it out otherwise lot more damage would be done. The staff were more concerned about cleaning the mess than look to see if any guests were injured. Food and room conditions were fine but overall the hotel needs a refurb. Not sure if ill stay here again now.

I booked an oceanview room and there was a lot of chaos while checking in. First they assigned me a room that had the windows closed with an Ocean Poster (instead of any view) as the hotel was under construction from that side of the building. When I requested for a better one (as I have paid for it), they said there are no other rooms available. Until I escalated to the hotel manager, this issue was not resolved and I could not check in until 3:30 pm. They also tried to give me a room on 1st floor which was a smoking floor, I went to check it and I could not breathe due to the smoking smell throughout on the floor. Plus the reception staff working on my check-in was extremely slow and rude and had no idea what he was doing. The property is good, good view and amenities but they really need to work on service piece.
