Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced.

Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. Safe, clean, quiet surroundings adjacent to a major hospital and wellness campus. We would definitely go back.

3 nights in Berlin

We had 3 nights in a studio apartment which ticked all the boxes for us. Space, storage, kitchenette with fridge and basic items to prepare light meals, comfy bed, bath with shower. We had breakfast just the first day which had a wide choice. We were able to walk to all the things we wanted to in Berlin so the hotel was in a great location and about 15 minutes walk from central train station. Friendly, helpful staff. Bonus of swimming pool and sauna too

We were happy with the stay. Despite being close to the central station and the Charite hospital. it was not noisy. Apartment was perfectly fine. However details of facilities in the apartment was not clearly stated. We were not even aware that there was a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. Would have been very helpful if we had known beforehand. Please amend the description accordingly.
