My go to place to stay when visiting NZ. Great staff, always helpful and polite. Room is clean and comfortable and has all digital touch lighting. Blackout curtains are wonderful for someone like me who wants complete darkness. Location of the hotel is close to everything, walkable, convenient. I brought friend traveler here and it was the preferred hotel over the rest.

Consistently high quality at Horizon. Rooms are always clean, obviously modern. Staff are great, even when reception was a bit overwhelmed with check-ins, someone came along and apologised for the delay and offered any help while waiting. Really good.

Great room and amazing staff service! Breakfast was a nice buffet selection. The location is nice as several restaurants and attractions are close by. Many tours pickup at that location. Concierge and front desk staff were extremely helpful, we always felt well taken care of.

Great hotel for a stay in Auckland. We'll appointed rooms with comfortable bed, coffee machine, spacious and relaxing. Only issue was the room wasn't made up and had to request this from front desk but all sorted after that. Lovely staff super friendly and helpful. Really re ommend for a very nice stay!

Very nice hotel adjacent the casino. Staff were very helpful with local advice. Other than the casino however, there isn't much in the immediate area.

Our favourite place to stay in Auckland. Great staff, Super comfy bed, great shower and awesome coffee! Walkable to so many great restaurants and shopping and of course the casino. The hotel is connected via a walkway over Hobson St so you don’t even have to leave the complex if you don’t want to!
