Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our short stay in Auckland. This hotel is a great place to stay. It's within walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions, including the Sky Tower. Right across the street is Albert Park if you need some time to relax under the beautiful trees. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The size of the apt with a small kitchen, separate shower and bath was terrific. The harbor view with a balcony was marvelous. We could see the island ferries and a container ship offloading new cars. The sea was beautiful with the green islands in the distance. The property is across from green Albert Park, and had excellent walkability. The one block walk to the Scarecrow Cafe for breakfast or lunch was wonderful. Marvelous food. The bed and pillows were excellent. The minor downside: The fridge had not been cleaned by housekeeping and had schmutz on the shelves. Toilet paper was insufficient as were the number of towels. The very polite front desk clerk gladly supplied our needs.
