Beautiful hotel with fantastic views over the river to Porto. Staff were very helpful - one team member conjured up tickets for a Champions League game, another sorted out a doctor to visit for my onset of back pain. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant and the main dining venue was unfussy and full of flavour. Recommended!

A lovely stay. Room is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, appreciate the kitchen and free mini bar for first night. Down side is no plugs near the bed though which was a bit of a shock for a modern property. The housekeeping is great but takes time so we didn’t manage to get room cleaned for some nights. Spa was more like an indoor pool with cold jacuzzi and a sauna. Only thing is the transport they booked for me wasn’t exactly what I asked for, I mentioned it in check in but no response were given.

Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful. However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel. The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night.

What a treat to arrive at this hotel, to be absolutely blown away by the building, its location, then the staff, the room, the food, the rooftop bar, the spa… it went on and on. Helpful staff that accommodated our early check-in and upgraded our room to a suite facing the river. Grateful for the top notch service of the staff. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to assist - from valet parking, luggages, spa. Being in the service industry, I’m highly impressed by the training provided by the hotel and the consistency of the team. First round of beverage is complimentary and booking of the spa to avoid an overcrowded sauna is also a considerate gesture. Highly recommended to stay in Rebello !!!

this is a fantastic location. delightfully walkable to porto and not as crowded as other hotel options we considered. most rooms were occupied during our stay, yet the lobby and surrounding areas felt comfortable and had more than enough space. the biggest flex is how clean the rooms are. if you’re picky like us, very worth the stay!

Hands down one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. We had a 2 bedroom river suite with over 1,000 sqft and the most amazing views of old town Porto. The spa and gym area looked amazing although we did not have enough time to really use them. The hotel is in Gaia which has the best views of Porto but is a bit of a walk or Taxi ride to get to the other side of the River. We love walking so this was no issue for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an upscale stay a bit off the super touristy areas.
